Renee McMagh is an astute businesswoman who is passionate about life, leadership and success. Her zest for life inspires her to help others, especially women, to take themselves and their careers to higher levels. She ardently encourages and supports women to develop professional skills and achieve the self-assurance they need to take control of their working lives.

From an early age Renee realised the importance of ensuring that the three basic elements essential to wellbeing, namely the mind, the body and the soul, were aligned and in tune with each other as nature intended. Maintaining a balance between these elements has guided Renee’s approach to life and given her a solid base from which to enjoy living, naturally and with meaning.

Renee, manages and owns RMM New Generation Marketing, the company she established in Rustenburg almost 21 years ago. Its success can be directly linked to her resilience and energy to evolve and grow, and her uncanny ability to turn the (mostly) unwanted changes in the marketplace to her advantage instead of fighting against them. Her motto in life befits the strength and tenacity of her character: Tough times don't last, tough people do.

Renee has lived in Rustenburg in the Northwest and is an exceptionally proud mother of her two children, Charlotte and Gregory. Both have earned the title Dr in front of their names, and she regards them as her two biggest accomplishments in life. Family is all-important to Renee.
